By applying, onboarding, or otherwise engaging with us, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and legally eligible to participate, and you acknowledge that we rely on the information you provide and are not responsible for any false or misleading statements (including regarding age). You understand that online activity is not fully private and that we cannot control the actions of third parties; therefore, we cannot guarantee that any content or information will not be viewed, recorded, shared, or otherwise used by others. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for third-party conduct and any resulting consequences.
Models and clients engage with us as independent contractors. Nothing in our relationship creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture, and each party remains responsible for its own taxes and obligations. We do not guarantee any specific earnings or results. Any examples or projections are illustrative only and your outcomes may vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your participation, your content, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
Our role is limited to onboarding, operational support, and guidance (including account support and communication assistance), and you remain solely responsible for your accounts, your content, and compliance with applicable laws and any third-party platform rules. We do not own, operate, or control any third-party platforms or payment processors, and we are not liable for their actions or decisions (including account approval/verification, suspension/termination, content removal, outages, payout delays/withholding, or chargebacks). The website and any guidance are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 and the amounts paid to us (if any) in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
